At the height of summer, the 2023 Asia-Pacific Meat Science and Technology Conference and the 20th China Meat Science and Technology Conference / and the Seventh China Meat processing and New Product Development Technology Symposium, jointly sponsored by the China Animal products processing Research Association, Food partner Network, Shaanxi normal University and the people's Government of Lintong District, Xi'an, were held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on July 19-21. 

Teacher Chen Xing was invited to attend the meeting and gave a report on the topic "myofibrillar reverse structural design and functional expansion".
