Hu Bo, Associate Professor/Supervisor of Master's Degree Candidates for Academic and Professional Degrees, PhD/Postdoctoral, the first Chongqing "Bayu Scholars·Young Scholars", National Natural Science Foundation Review Expert, Chinese core journal "Journal of Chongqing University of Technology (Natural Sciences)" Associate editor. In June 2016, he graduated from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom (funded by a full scholarship) with a doctorate degree.
Currently, he is mainly engaged in energy-saving and new energy vehicle advanced powertrain modeling and intelligent control (machine learning direction). In the past three years, he has presided over 7 national, provincial and ministerial projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Chongqing Natural Science Foundation of China. As the first author, he has published more than 10 papers in internationally renowned SCI journals in the field of vehicles. In recent years, he has presented 10 papers at SAE Congress, ImechE International Conference on Turbochargers and Turbocharging, ASME Turbo Expo and other international conferences.
