Yingqiang Sun, Ph.D., Associate Professor. Dr. Sun got bachelor degree from Shandong Normal University in the major of Applied Chemistry at 2007, and got Master of Science degree in University of Science & Technology of China majoring in Analytical Chemistry at 2011. In 2014, Dr. Sun got his Ph.D. degree majoring in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University. Lastly, Dr. Sun worked in Georgia Institute of Technology in department of Environmental Engineering from 2015-2016. Currently, Dr. Sun worked in School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Anhui University. Our research is based on applications of algae both in high nitrate wastewater treatment and algal biofuel production. The revelent researches are published in ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, Applied Energy, Bioresource Technology, Chemical Engineering & Technology, ChemSusChem, Energy Conversion & Management, Fuel, et al. The total citations are about 800 according to google scholar.
