研究领域
利用核酸探针的杂交配对和构象转换,设计基于酶促反应的新型核酸探针信 号放大新方法,致力于对各种影响食品安全和人类健康的标识物进行高灵敏 和高特异性检测;
基于分子扩增原理,结合侧向流层析试纸条、荧光光谱、荧光偏振和拉曼光 谱,开发肉源性成分、食源性致病菌检测新技术;
技术专长
侧向流层析试纸条的制备及应用,多功能核酸探针的设计,凝胶电泳(琼脂糖 和 PAGE),常规纳米材料的制备及功能化,纳米粒径电位分析,荧光偏振分析, 荧光/紫外光谱检测,复杂样本(动物、植物和细菌)核酸的提取(传统有机试 剂法和磁珠法),聚合酶链式反应(常规 PCR、不对称 PCR、逆转录 PCR、qPCR、 RT-qPCR 和数字 PCR),等温扩增反应(RCA、RPA、LAMP 和 SEA),拉曼光谱检测.
