基于纳米材料和核酸适配体构建新型增敏比色法,对各种食品中危害物进行高灵敏度和高特异性检测; 基于核酸探针和等温扩增技术构造电化学生物传感器,对食源性危害物及疾病标识物进行超灵敏的检测分析; 利用核酸探针的自组装进行癌症相关RNA的荧光检测分析; 利用金属纳米材料进行拉曼增强研究分析。 |
技术专长: |
熟练进行多功能核酸探针设计、纳米粒子合成、荧光/紫外光谱检测、电化学分析、拉曼检测分析等;同时还熟悉等温扩增反应、凝胶电泳、DLS粒径分析、TEM和SEM表征等技术手段。 |
