    刘宏艳,博士,中国农业科学院都市农业研究所植物与人类健康创新团队骨干。本科毕业于中国药科大学,博士毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院。研究方向为食品真实性鉴别及功能食品开发。参与国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划课题、小麦产业技术体系建设专项、生鲜乳质量安全监管等项目。目前,发表SCI论文10余篇,累积影响因子大于30,参编著作3部,授权专利1项。
