Our lab is focused on developing robust catalyst for selective construction of chemical bonds，natural product biomimetic synthesis and biologically valuable molecule discovery. Based on the structure-activity relationship and chemical biology methods to identify new biomedical targets for First-in-Class drug developments, such as inhibition of hepatitis B virus infection, circadian clock regulation, and small molecule-induced protein degradation.
