Qingbiao Li Distinguished Professor
Professor Qingbiao Li received his B.Eng., M.Eng. and Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University in 1983, 1986 and 1990, respectively. Following postdoctoral work (1991-1993) at Nankai University, he joined the faculty at the department of chemical engineering of Xiamen University (XMU) as associate professor in 1993, and was promoted to full professor and department head in 1995 and 1998, respectively. Meanwhile, he visited Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST) as postdoctoral fellow (1995-1996). Currently, he works as the president of Jimei University. His major research interests include the biotemplated catalysts for chemical and environmental engineering applications.
