Min Tu
Indenpendant group leader
porous materials, MEMS gas sensors, extreme UV lithography resists
Dr. Min Tu is an independent group leader at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Science. He obtained his PhD in Inorganic Chemistry at Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) under the supervision of Roland A. Fischer (now at TU Munich, Germany). He was a postdoctoral researcher at KU Leuven (Belgium, 2016-2020) and MPI for Coal Research (Germany, 2020-2021). His research interests focus on the integration of nanoporous materials into miniaturized devices using micro-and nanofabrication technologies. He has published 24 peer-reviewed papers (Nat. Mater., Angew. Chem., Adv. Funct. Mater., etc.) with a total citation of over 1400, and an h-index of 21. He has been selected for the one hundred talent program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the high-level talent program of Shanghai. He has been awarded Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowship and Young Chemist Award Chinese-German Chemical Association.
