个人简介
寇煦丰,信息学院助理教授,目前在学院担任后摩尔器件与集成系统研究中心主任、学位委员会副主任。
寇煦丰2009年毕业于浙江大学信息学院(光电系)及竺可桢学院混合班,并获得竺可桢学院特优毕业生荣誉。后于2009年至2015年赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校电子工程系深造,师从Raytheon讲座教授KangL.Wang,获得微电子器件方向硕士及博士学位,之后于2016年2月加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员。寇煦丰博士至今共撰写了3部专著章节,发表了55篇论文,并且大部分见于国际顶级学术期刊,如Science(1),NatureMaterials(2),NatureNanotechnology(2),NatureCommunications(3),Phys.Rev.Lett.(2),NanoLett.(8),J.Amer.Chem.Soc.(1),Proc.Natl.Acad.Sci.(1),Proc.IEEE(1),总引用3300余次,H因子为29。此外,他还获得了2012年度美国高通公司QualcommInnovationfellowship奖学金,2013年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金,2015年度UCLA电子工程系杰出毕业论文奖学金,以及2018年度上海市青年五四奖
