个人简介

1985年获得中国科技大学生物系学士学位;1988年获得中国科学院生物物理研究所硕士学位;1995年获美国麻省理工学院(MIT)生物系博士学位;1995-1998年在美国哈佛大学做博士后研究(IrvingtonFellow). 1999.3-2004.6美国华盛顿大学助理教授(tenure-track); 2004.7-2009.6美国华盛顿大学副教授(终身); 2009.7-2019.8美国华盛顿大学正教授(终身); 2019年8月底加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院,任终身正教授

结构生物学与细胞信号传导

(1)Wnt信号通路的分子机制,从Wnt蛋白的合成分泌,细胞表面受体结合,穿膜信号传导,b-catenin在细胞质内的降解,到细胞核内的Wntenhanceosome的抑制和激活; (2)重要癌症治疗新靶点的分子机制与结构研究; (3)蛋白质修饰酶的结构功能关系研究; (4)蛋白质设计与蛋白质工程
