个人简介

2006年至2010年就读于青岛科技大学高分子科学与工程学院,获高分子材料与工程专业学士学位;于2010年至2013年就读于华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院获硕士学位;于2013年7月加入香港城市大学机械与生物医学工程学系攻读博士学位,并于2016年9月获得机械工程专业博士学位。此后在同一课题组开展约为期两年的博士后研究,并于2018年11月加入上海科技大学物质科学与技术学院担任助理教授、研究员。

研究领域

1.对硅、锗、氮化镓等功能性半导体纳米材料的力学性能、形变机制以及由形变所引发的电学、光学等物理特性的改变开展高分辨原位电子显微镜实验研究,从而促进其在柔性电子、智能皮肤等新兴智能电子器件中的开发和应用; 2.对金刚石、氮化硼等共价键晶体超硬材料在微纳米尺度所表现出的超弹性行为进行原位实验研究,并对由超大弹性所引发的料能带结构变化进行探索,拓展其在“弹性应变工程”以及量子计算机等领域内的应用; 3.原位电镜力学-电学/光学耦合测试平台开发,实现对纳米材料进行原位电镜下多种物理性能的耦合研究; 4.金属、半导体等结构材料在微纳米尺度下的原位电镜疲劳失效机制研究
