研究领域
使用分子生物学、电生理记录、神经元培养及活细胞荧光成像、转录组和蛋白质组分析技术以及疾病动物模型,去解析外周神经系统相关疾病的分子机制,寻找疾病治疗的新靶点,并在此基础上进行活性分子及传统中药有效成分的筛选、药理学研究和临床实验。其研究成果以第一或通讯作者发表在 Nature、PNAS、EMBO系列等SCI杂志上,并主持多项国家及地方科研基金项目超过600万元。
