研究领域
[1] 生物催化转化研究
运用生物发酵及酶催化转化技术,研究皂苷类天然产物的肠道代谢途径,富集制备活性代谢产物,已获得国家1类新药II/III期临床批件1项,国内授权发明专利7项,国际授权发明专利2项。
[2] 生物活性及作用机制研究
具有生物安全二级实验室(P2)和多种疾病模型,如病毒体内外模型、细菌体内外模型、真菌体内外模型、关节炎模型、肝病模型、骨质疏松模型,高血糖模型等,开展各种候选化合物的活性筛选,并运用免疫荧光、PT-PCR、Western-blot、Si-RNA等技术开展作用机制和靶点研究。
