研究领域

课题组主要运用结构生物学和计算生物学方法研究蛋白质的结构、动力学性质与生物功能的关系。我们主要关注的问题包括膜蛋白的大范围构像变化动力学,翻译后修饰对蛋白质构像的调节,信号传导通路中的蛋白-蛋白相互作用,以及内在无序蛋白的构象动力学与功能等。研究手段包括液体核磁共振,X-射线晶体衍射,单分子荧光能量共振转移,分子动力学模拟等计算生物学方法,及生物化学方法等。具体的研究方向包括:膜相关蛋白构像变化的动力学和调控;干细胞非对称分裂调控机制的研究;结合多种生物物理手段研究内在无序蛋白的结构、动力学和功能的关系。
