以大黄素为原料合成大黄素衍生物,进行抗癌药物分子设计。设计特点:依据抗癌原理,设计能提高大黄素活性氧产生能力和水溶性的大黄素衍生物,然后请精通生物化学和药理学的老师进行药学活性测试和抗癌机制研究
