研究领域

近五年,本课题组主要围绕免疫分析中捕获抗体的固定方法、信标抗体的标记策略和固定载体等方面进行改进和创新,成功构建一系列新型免疫分析信号放大策略。具体学术成绩主要包括:(1) 在免疫传感探针构建方面:研制新型纳米材料,构建免疫传感界面,制备新型免疫传感探针,用于临床上肿瘤标志物及食品中生物毒素快速、灵敏的检测;(2) 在信标抗体标记技术研究方面:结合纳米标记和生物学技术放大策略,制备新型纳米标记探针,构型多重信号放大免疫分析策略;(3) 在免疫传感模式改进方面:结合物理学和化学生物学知识,构建新型免疫传感分析体系,实现对传统免疫分析模式的革新。
