学习与工作经历:
2017 –至今,中国石油大学(华东)化学工程学院副教授(中国石油大学首批引进“优秀青年人才”)。
2011 – 2016,法国国家科学研究院(CNRS)催化与光谱实验室(Laboratoire Catalyse & Spectrochimie),博士后。
合作导师:Valentin Valtchev博士和Jean-Pierre Gilson教授。
2004 – 2011,中国石油大学(北京),硕博连读。指导教师:申宝剑教授。
2000 – 2004,长江大学,工学学士。

The principle of heterogeneous catalysis (针对硕士留学生新开课程)
指导研究生
目前指导硕士研究生一名,指导本研一体化学生五名。已协助指导博士研究生、硕士研究生各一名。作为答辩委员参与博士学位答辩一次。
承担科研课题:
1、主持国家自然科学基金青年基金(2018-2020):基于晶体缺陷的分子筛孔结构的多尺度调控与催化性能的优化(28万)。
2、法国ANR(The French National Research Agency)课题: Engineering of hierarchical metal-zeolite nanocomposites for direct synthesis highoctane gasoline from biosyngas. 起止年月:2016.2至今。该项目由法国ANR课题“Understanding the properties of hierarchical zeolitic materials for a rational design of Methanol/Ethanol to Hydrocarbons (METH) catalysts.”衍生而来,本人参与。
3、法国ANR课题: Hybrid hierarchical catalytic structures for synthesis of biofuels. 起止年月:2013.11 -2016.1。本人参与。
4、法国ANR课题:Understanding the properties of hierarchical zeolitic materials for a rational design of Methanol/Ethanol to Hydrocarbons (METH) catalysts. 起止年月:2011.10 -2013.10。本人全程参与。相关研究工作已产出多篇高水平研究论文并直接衍生出另一ANR课题:Engineering of hierarchical metal-zeolite nanocomposites for direct synthesis highoctane gasoline from biosyngas.
5、973项目课题“功能化重油催化裂化催化剂的设计与制备”(2004CB217806)。该课题是“重油高效转化与优化利用的基础研究”项目的课题六。起止年月:2004.9-2009.8,本人基本全程参与该项目。
6、973项目课题“重油催化裂化催化剂的设计与制备”(2010CB226904)。该课题是“重油梯级分离与高效转化的基础研究”项目的课题四。起止年月:2010.1-2014.12,本人参与了这个研究项目前一年半的工作。
7、2011年初协助申宝剑教授撰写了中国国家自然基金项目的立项申请书,并于当年获得批准立项:“NaY沸石的脱硅处理及其对进一步脱铝过程中结构缺陷诱导下二次孔形成的影响研究”(项目批准号:21176251,起止年月:2012.01-2015.12)。
8、中国石油天然气股份有限公司科技开发项目:“高硅NaY和ZSM-5择形分子筛的工业放大合成及后改性研究”,课题编号:2008A-3802,起止年月:2008.1-2010.12。本人参与了实验室小试和兰州中试放大研究工作。
9、中国石油天然气股份有限公司重大科技专项:“炼油催化剂研制与工业应用”中课题八:“炼油催化剂关键基础材料研究及工业化”专题1(高性能NaY沸石合成技术研究和工业放大试验)和专题2(高硅NaY沸石离子交换新技术的开发),课题编号:2010E-1908,起止年月:2010.8-2013.8。本人参与该项目立项前的预研和立项后前一年的实验室小试研究工作。
10、 中国石油天然气股份有限公司科技开发项目:”以增加异构化能力提高辛烷值为目标的Y型分子筛改性方法研究”,合同编号:07-09-05-01,起止年月:2007.8-2009.7。本人参与了部分研究工作。

1、2016年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(技术发明二等奖):高硅铝比NaY分子筛的合成和改性技术与工业应用。
