个人简介

个人简介 于海宁,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千人层次人选。2001.7年毕业于北京大学获学士学位,2006.6毕业于University of Iowa(USA)获理学博士学位。参加工作以来,带领的团队致力于生物制药,尤其是蛋白多肽类创新药物研发,从我国特有海洋动物及药源性动物中识别了大量功能分子,建立了天然活性蛋白/多肽分子资源库,并揭示其发挥药效物质基础及机制。共发表SCI论文56篇,第一与通讯作者共36篇,累计影响因子超过250;申请发明专利25项,13项获授权。其中,抗感染及抗炎症双功能肽Hc-CATH于2015年被《Chemical Research in Toxicology》杂志作为焦点研究进行了重点介绍;抗菌肽Cathelicidin-BF于2009年入选Nature China研究亮点。 获省部级自然科学奖二等奖一项,省、市级自然科学论文奖一、二、三等奖若干项,2015年8月获得大连市青年科技奖。承担有国家自然科学基金面上及青年基金,各类省部级、市级人才类、自然科学、科技攻关类,企业联合研发项目等共计10余项。抗菌肽Hc-CATH已与山东绿叶集团进行产业化合作;一组皮肤修复肽、促胶原蛋白增生肽、抗氧化肽、抗皮肤光老化肽正与大连毅骏科技有限公司进行后续研发、产业化工作。 此外,于海宁老师在高校人才培养方面也成绩斐然。近5年指导的研究生3人获国家奖学金,1人屈伯川奖学金,1人辽宁省优秀毕业生,1人大连市三好学生,1人优秀研究生标兵,1人优秀硕士论文,多人校级优秀毕业生、优秀研究生等。本人获大连理工大学优秀教师,优秀硕士学位论文指导,教学质量优秀奖,大连理工大学优秀班主任等称号。 教育经历 1994.9 - 1997.7 大连第24中 无 专利 抑制黑色素生成抗氧化的小肽、制备方法及其应用 一类用于促胶原分泌的超短肽及其应用 一类抗氧化超短肽及其应用 一类促胶原分泌超短肽及其应用 中华鳖Cathelicidin—Ps-CATH4肽在制备抗炎症药物中的应用 一种抗微生物肽Cm-CATH2及其基因、制备方法和应用 科研项目 类新型双功能抗血栓药物-Tablysin的研发, 省、市、自治区科技项目, 2013/12/31-2015/12/01, 完成 2013年度辽宁省高等学校优秀人才支持计划(第二层次), 省、市、自治区科技项目, 2013/06/20-2017/05/16, 完成 太平洋鳕鱼cathelicidin免疫功能基因的克隆与表达及其结构与功能研究, 国家自然科学基金项目, 2010/09/25-2013/12/31, 完成 缅甸蟒免疫调节肽Cb-CATH1抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染的机制研究, 国家自然科学基金项目, 2018/08/16, 进行 科研奖励 河北省自然科学奖二等奖 其他奖励 2017大连理工大学优秀硕士学位论文指导奖 2015第六届大连市青年科技奖 2015校教学质量优良奖 2014大连理工大学优秀硕士学位论文指导奖 2013辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千人层次 2011大连理工大学化工与环境生命学部 优秀教师

研究领域

研究方向 通过蛋白质组学、基因组学结合药理学手段从我国特有海洋动物及药源性动物尤其富含活性蛋白或多肽类生物活性分子的动物类中药中识别功能分子,采用现代分子生物学技术探明其结构、功能、作用靶标及作用机制,着重筛选具有靶标心血管系统(强心, 降压, 抑制或促进血小板聚集,舒缓平滑肌等), 免疫调节系统(免疫抑制与增强),以及靶标病原性微生物、肿瘤细胞的新型活性肽;建立天然药物活性蛋白/多肽分子资源库,挖掘具有重要药用前景的活性蛋白多肽,为生物制药现代化和创新药物研制及其临床应用奠定理论基础。
