研究领域
1)构筑与肿瘤细胞结构、生化特征精确匹配的材料表界面,提高血液中循环肿瘤细胞捕获效率和广谱性,用于癌症的早期检测;2) 研制与循环肿瘤细胞生长自适应的水凝胶材料,提高循环肿瘤细胞类器官培养效率,用于癌症的个体化药物筛选;3)结合材料学与合成生物学,开发微生物复合的可编程活体材料,应用于生物传感、疾病治疗等领域。
