化工与环境生命学部,副教授,硕士生导师。 兰州大学分析化学专业,本科; 中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所分析化学专业,博士(硕博连读),导师:蒋生祥研究员。 2007.12至今 大连理工大学副教授

研究领域

1. 生命体系中荧光和电化学发光探针的研究 生命体中存在着许多对生命现象具有重要生理活性的物质,研究活性小分子及离子的生理作用及功能具有重要的价值和意义。但是由于其含量低、生物环境复杂多样等特点,高选择性、高灵敏度的分析方法是研究活性物质的前提条件和重要手段。荧光分析法或电化学发光法是目前众多生理活性物质分析方法中最为有力的方法之一 2. 分离分析研究工作 在兰州化学物理所和大连理工大学工作学习及教学期间,长期从事色谱领域研究工作,精通包括气相色谱、液相色谱、毛细管电泳以及气相、液相-质谱联用等各种色谱分离分析模式。其中有重要学术贡献的工作:首次将烷基咪唑类离子液体和烷基吡啶类离子液体作为流动相添加剂引入高效液相色谱中,系统研究了该类化合物的色谱保留行为,并且开展该体系在药物分析中的应用研究,开创了该类化合物在液相色谱领域的应用研究工作。
