个人简介

2017年于内布拉斯加大学林肯分校(化学工程与生物分子工程系)获博士学位。主要研究经历包括食品蛋白质组学、植物蛋白凝胶与挤出加工、高分子材料结构-性能关系、药物分离纯化工艺开发、体外3D细胞培养等领域,已发表近20篇国际期刊与会议论文。2018年加入深圳大学食品科学与加工研究中心,完成了中国境内主要大豆品种蛋白质组成数据库的建立。
