高毅 - 深圳大学 - 生物医学工程学院

个人简介

高毅教授分别在清华大学、佐治亚理工学院获得生物医学工程学士、数学硕士、与生物医学工程博士学位，并在哈佛医学院任博士后。他于2013年至2014年在阿拉巴马大学电子与计算机工程系任助理教授，综合癌症中心副研究员。2014年至2017年在纽约州立大学石溪分校生物医学信息学系任助理教授，并在应用数学及统计学系，计算机系兼任助理教授。他于2017年加入深圳大学医学部生物医学工程学院。他的主要研究方向是图像和系统的分析和计算。包括几何和统计的算法设计、图像导引系统的设计、软件实现、临床实际场景应用以及大规模集群部署等。发表70多篇文章，包括Human Brain Mapping， Medical Image Analysis， NeuroImage，IEEE Trans. Medical Imaging等。在科研应用及转化方面，他开发的开源软件，获得数万次访问和下载，被来自美国，加拿大，以色列，埃及等多个国家的研究者应用在他们的研究和临床实验中。高毅教授网站：gaoyi.github.io
