个人简介

马郁芳,博士,教授,硕士生及博士生导师。现任大连医科大学基础医学院生物化学教研室。辽宁省新世纪百千万人才工程百层次人选,辽宁省优秀教师。 主要从事结核分枝杆菌细胞壁多糖生物合成代谢规律的研究以及抗结核新药筛选平台的建立,主要工作包括 1) 用基因敲除技术确定分枝杆菌细胞壁合成代谢途径中的各种关键酶作为研发抗结核新药的靶酶,用基因敲减技术研究靶基因对细胞壁结构以及细菌形态和结构的影响;2) 建立高表达靶酶的工程菌,表征靶酶并建立靶酶抑制剂的高通量筛选平台;3)筛选靶酶抑制剂并利用分子对接和基因定点突变技术研究抑制剂的的作用机制;4) 研究甘露糖基化蛋白在分枝杆菌感染宿主巨噬细胞时的识别及毒力作用;5)用宏基因组学和培养组学研究肺部微生物组与肺炎等的关联。
