个人简介

秘晓林,博士,教授,博士生导师。 大连医科大学基础医学院副院长,生物科学系主任。入选中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才--百人计划”,辽宁省“攀登学者”。国家科技奖会评专家,国家重大科学研究计划、国家自然科学基金、博士后科学基金、美国国家科学基金研究生项目等评议人,SCI杂志International Journal of Nanomedicine顾问编委,Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Research编委,中国生化药物杂志编委,中国环境诱变剂学会理事,Biomaterials、Genetics、International Journal of Nanomedicine、PLoS One等杂志审稿人。主持国家重点基础研究计划“973”课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院创新项目等。 1990年毕业于兰州大学,获生物化学学士学位。1996年毕业于卫生部兰州生物制品研究所,获免疫学和微生物学硕士学位。1999年毕业于中国预防医学科学院病毒学研究所,获病原生物学博士学位。同年赴美国,在国立卫生研究院(National Institutes of Health)癌症研究所(National Cancer Institute)从事博士后研究,随后任职美国国立卫生研究院癌症研究所研究员。作为通讯作者,研究成果发表在Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences USA, Oncogene, Human Molecular Genetics, Biomaterials, Journal of Cell Science, Nanotoxicology等国际知名学术期刊。

研究领域

1. 非编码RNA(miRNA和lncRNA)应答DNA损伤,调节染色质重构、细胞周期、凋亡的功能和机制; 2. 肠道干细胞再生与分化的表观遗传调控。
