2015/06-至今，电子科技大学，自动化学院，仪器科学与技术，博士后 2006/09-2013/06，西南交通大学，信息科学与技术学院，通信与信息系统，博士（硕博连读） 2002/09-2006/07，西南交通大学，信息科学与技术学院，微电子学，学士 2006年7月在西南交通大学获微电子技术学士学位，2013年7月在西南交通大学获通信与信息系统博士学位，目前在电子科技大学仪器科学与技术兼职从事博士后研究工作。应邀担任《Applied Physics Letters》，《Chemical Communication》，《IEEE Electron Device Letters》,《IEEE Transactions onUltrasonics，Ferroelectrics andFrequency control》，《Sensors and Actutor A：Physical》,《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》，《IEEE Sensors Journal》，《Applied SurfaceScience》，《RSC Advances》，《Sensors》，《Sensor Letters》等十余种国际SCI期刊审稿人。获奖 2015年7月被评为成都信息工程大学2014年度“校科技先进工作者”
