个人简介

于1996年获兰州大学大气科学博士学位。1996-1998在南京大学从事博士后研究，出站后在中国气象局气象科学研究院工作。2000-2009年先后在美国阿拉斯加大学、密西西比州立大学从事科学研究工作。2009年至今任教于美国西肯塔基大学地质地理系气象专业，2015年获终身教授。兼任中国科学院大气物理研究所和成都信息工程大学客座教授。获奖情况 Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, second prize, The Creation and Application of "Diqitu" Method on Short-term Climate Prediction.
