男，研究员，生于1975年，博士学历，研究生学位。现任国家卫星气象中心卫星气象研究所所长职务，兼任世界气象组织全球卫星交叉定标微波工作组联合主席。获奖情况 1．2012年获得世界气象组织观测实施奖 2．2017年获得首届全国创新争先奖 3．2013年获得中国青年科技奖 4．2017年获得赵九章优秀中青年科学奖 5．2015年获得气象科学技术进步成果一等奖 6．2016年获得邹竞蒙气象科技人才奖 7. 2014年入选了科技部中青年科技创新领军人才
