个人简介
男，1972年10月出生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，现任华北电力大学国际合作处副处长、国际教育学院副院长。1995年7月毕业于华北电力学院“生产过程自动化”专业，获学士学位；1998年3月毕业于华北电力大学“电厂热能动力工程”专业，并获工学硕士学位；2012年8月获昆士兰大学（The University of Queensland）“电气工程（Electrical Engineering）”博士学位。主持河北省自然科学基金等科研项目多项，发表学术论文30余篇，担任ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks，IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement，IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics，ISA Transactions等期刊的审稿专家。
