男,1972年9月生,汉族,河北省井陉县人;获华北电力大学热能工程专业工学学士(1989.9-1993.7)、工学硕士(1993.9-1996.3)、工学博士(1999.9-2004.3)学位,美国贝勒大学公派访问学者(2008.2-2009.2),IEEE会员。
