硕士就读于内蒙古大学物理系，博士就读于中科院半导体研究所凝聚态专业，2005年博士毕业至今在中央民族大学工作。2013~2014年在佐治亚理工学院访学。教学与科研成果中央民族大学优秀人才2016-2018 国家自然基金项目2019-2019 留学人员科技活动项目择优资助2016-2018
