长春工业大学学士(1983) 横滨国立大学硕士(1987) 东京大学博士(1990) 东京大学和冈崎国立共同研究机构分子研究所博士后(1990-1993) 获得奖励和荣誉 1997年获香港求是科技基金会杰出青年学者奖 2005年获中国分析测试协会科学技术一等奖 2007年获高等学校科学技术奖自然科学一等奖 2008年获国家自然科学二等奖 2012年获中国化学会—阿克苏诺贝尔化学奖 2012年获宝钢优秀教师特等奖 英国皇家化学会会士 英国物理学会会士

1)通用石墨烯薄膜和单晶晶圆的高温生长方法;2)石墨烯增强复合材料设计与生长方法;3)石墨烯材料的规模化生长工艺与装备;4)石墨烯材料的应用探索。
