个人简介

副教授，博士，硕士研究生导师，1984年生。2007年本科毕业于东北大学应用物理系；2009年硕士研究生毕业于东北大学电路与系统专业；2013年博士研究生毕业于东北大学检测技术与自动化装置专业。同年进入沈阳建筑大学交通与机械工程学院工作，任讲师。2014年晋升为副教授。现任分析与检测技术研究中心副主任；兼任微纳检测与运动控制研究院副院长。2017年主持辽宁省高等学校科研项目一项“基于压电陶瓷驱动器的纳米定位平台高带宽控制理论和方法研究”。2018年主持辽宁省自然科学基金“基于超磁致伸缩驱动器的回滞特征建模与主动磁滞补偿控制技术研究”。到目前为止发表论文20余篇，被SCI、EI检索收录8篇。现为国际SCI检索期刊《Optik》、《Journal of Circuits Systems and Computers》、《Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems》和国内EI期刊《振动与冲击》、《东北大学学报》、《纳米技术与精密工程》、《计算机科学》审稿专家。主编出版《机器人学及其智能控制》、《机器人技术基础及应用》和《机器人系统设计及应用》三本专著。撰写《纳米定位与扫描平台术语》、《基于柔性铰链机构和压电陶瓷驱动器的纳米定位与扫描平台》两项国家标准。
