研究领域

植物对非生物胁迫应答的分子机制研究 主要以大豆、棉花、鹰嘴豆为研究对象,通过对这些作物中与干旱和盐胁迫相关的转录因子、小分子RNA及功能基因的克隆及功能分析、作用的分子机制研究,揭示这些作物的抗旱、耐盐机制,为通过基因工程改良作物的抗旱、耐盐能力提供候选的基因资源。 棉花纤维品质形成及其机理研究 以陆地棉和海岛棉纤维发育不同时期的转录组、表达谱和蛋白质组学数据为基础,寻找与棉花纤维品质形成相关的代谢途径及相应的调控因子,克隆与纤维品质形成相关的重要候选基因,通过转化模式植物和棉花分析重要候选基因的功能及作用的分子机制,为改良棉花纤维品质提供优异的候选基因资源。
