教育与工作经历 2017.12 – 至今，重庆师范大学，生命科学学院，教授 2014.08 – 2015.08，俄克拉荷马大学，访问学者 2012.12 –2017.11，重庆师范大学，生命科学学院，副教授 2010.07− 2012.11，重庆师范大学，生命科学学院，讲师 2004.09− 2010.06，中国科学院昆明动物研究所，博士 2004.09 −2005.07，中国科学院研究生院学习 2000.09− 2004.07，陕西师范大学，生命科学学院，本科教学情况 1.主讲《生物专业英语》、《基因组学》、《蛋白质组学》、《生物信息学》等本科课程及《比较基因组学》、《R语言绘图》等研究生课程； 2.2017年指导本科生获得第十五届”挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛重庆师范大学特等奖 3.2017年指导本科生获得第十五届”挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛重庆市二等奖 4.2018年指导本科生获得重庆市大学生创新创业训练计划项目1项研究方向为化学计量基因组学与蚊虫肠道微生物宏基因组与杀虫剂抗性的关联研究。已在BMC Genomics，BMC evolutionarybiology，G3:Genes, Genomes,Genetics，GENE,Parasite& vector, Engineering，Insect science等国内外学术期刊上发表论文30余篇，合作出版专著1部。主持国家自然科学基金2项、重庆市自然科学基金1项、重庆市基础研究与前沿探索项目1项、重庆市教委科技项目2项。获奖情况 2015年重庆市科学技术奖三等奖 2010年中国科学院朱李月华优秀博士生奖 2010年云南省优秀科技论文奖一等奖
