研究领域

化学与生命科学的交叉融合为分析、理解和操控生物学过程开辟了一条全新的研究途径。我们课题组的研究兴趣集中于化学糖生物学和生物纳米技术。我们综合运用化学方法、生物手段和纳米技术,研究糖基化的生物学功能及其在代谢疾病及其心血管并发症中的作用 主要研究内容包括 活细胞及活体中聚糖的化学标记 糖的合成、成像和组学分析 糖基化在神经系统和干细胞中的功能 糖代谢与糖基化的内在联系 基于生物正交反应的化学生物学技术
