研究领域

运用分子动力学模拟方法、生物信息学方法针对细胞色素P450酶单核苷酸多态性对酶活性的影响以及细胞色素P450酶与不同化合物之间的代谢关系进行研究;运用分子动力学模拟方法研究Aβ42寡聚体在膜环境中的构象变化及对于膜的破坏作用机制;构建与疾病相关的蛋白质相互作用网络,并结合miRNA靶点信息从网络调控角度研究miRNA调控蛋白质网络的特性和机制。
