个人简介
1. 2007年在苏州大学获得凝聚态物理博士学位。
2. 2007.9-20010.4新加坡国立大学进行博士后研究, Research Fellow。
3. 2010.5-2015.4中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所工作。
4. 2011年入选第二批中国科学院青年创新促进会。
5. 2012年获得苏州市高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才引进资助。
6. 2014年受邀至美国波士顿东北大学电子与计算工程学院学术访问,并在IEEE Magnetics Society Boston Chapter Seminar做邀请报告。
7. 2015.5-至今苏州科技大学数理学院工作。
8. 2018.5被评为苏州市“三新四创”好青年。
研究领域
主要从事基于半导体材料和铁性薄膜材料微波-远红外光电器件的调控机理研究和器件研制。结合铁性材料、半导体材料的性能和微纳结构的优异特性,重点研究具有微纳结构图形化薄膜材料的光电特性,及其相关有源光电器件的调控
