1. 桥连手性杯[4]芳烃作为有机手性催化剂在手性药物合成中的应用 有机手性催化剂一般是低分子量的手性有机分子,不包含过渡金属或其它金属,具有稳定、价廉和易得等优点。桥连手性杯[4]芳烃(bridging chiral calix[4]arene)是杯芳烃骨架上不对称排列的非手性基团使其对称面或对称中心缺失而获得手性的一类手性杯芳烃,具备了成为一类优秀有机手性催化剂的潜质,并在手性药物的合成中具有广阔的应用前景。 2. 抗类风湿性关节炎药物的研究 类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)是一种以侵犯关节滑膜为主要特征的慢性、炎症性的自身免疫性疾病,现有临床上使用的药物,有50%以上来源于天然产物及其衍生物。从确切临床疗效的中药和天然药物中发现天然活性化合物,仍然是发现新药、新靶点和新作用机制的重要手段,因而从天然药物中寻找和发现抗类风湿先导药物,并研究先导化合物的衍生合成和分子药理作用机制,目前已经成为了开发抗RA药物的理想途径。
