个人简介
Prof. Felker has been a Faculty member in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry since 1986. He came to UCLA after doing Postdoctoral research at CalTech, which followed his PhD studies in Chemical Physics at the same Institution. His college studies in Chemistry were completed at Union College, Schenectady, NY. Dr. Felker was promoted to full professor in 1993 and served from 2001 to 2004 as Vice Chair for Facilities in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Since 2006 he has served as Senior Editor for The Journal of Physical Chemistry. His research entails the study of intermolecular forces and dynamics, intramolecular energy flow, high-field effects in molecular spectroscopy, and the vibrational spectroscopy of free radicals.
