个人简介

Dr. He is currently an Assistant Professor of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Clemson University. He obtained his Ph.D. at Arizona State University, and M.S. and B.S at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Prior to joining Clemson in 2018, he was appointed as Research Assistant Professor in the Materials Science and Engineering Department at Northwestern University after completion of postdoctoral training at University of Maryland and Brookhaven National Laboratory. Dr. He’s research interests focus on advanced electron microscopy and spectroscopy, and their implementation in functional nanomaterials used for magnetics, electronics and energy storage technologies. He has extensive experience in developing novel characterization methods, especially the state-of-the-art in-situ TEM techniques for atomically-resolved real-time imaging. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in top-ranked journals with over 1600 citations to date. Education Ph.D., Arizona State University (2010) M.S., Harbin Institute of Technology, China (2006) B.S., Harbin Institute of Technology, China (2004)
