研究领域

分子影像是近年来发展十分迅速的一个交叉学科,它是应用影像学方法,对活体状态下的生物过程进行细胞和分子水平的定性和定量研究,涉及生物学、基础医学、临床医学、化学、物理学、药学等多个学科,具有无创、实时、动态、特异等特点,被美国医学会评为未来最具有发展潜力的十个医学科学前沿领域之一。分子探针的研究是分子影像领域的核心,本课题组针对疾病特别是肿瘤在不同发展阶段的特异性标志物设计构建分子探针,在完成临床前动物显像的基础上进行临床转化研究,进行疾病的早期诊断、分期、预后、疗效评价以及个体化治疗。
