个人简介
熊敬维博士1991年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,并获细胞生物学博士学位。于1994年至1999年在Mount Sinai 医学院进行小鼠发育遗传学的博士后研究; 1999年至2005年在哈佛大学麻省总医院博士后(1999-2002)和讲师(2002-2005)进行斑马鱼发育遗传学的研究。2005-2008年被聘为麻省总医院实验室主任,助理教授,以及哈佛大学医学院讲师、助理教授。2008年10月回国担任北京大学分子医学研究所心血管发育生物学实验室主任、教授。曾获得美国国立健康研究所 K01青年学者奖(2002),哈佛大学Milton学者奖(2008)和Bayer学者奖(2014)。发现斑马鱼cloche位点的遗传及物理定位,发现lycat是cloche的候选基因 (cloche是一种经典的血管内皮和血细胞缺陷的遗传突变体),并系统分析了Lycat基因在血管内皮和血液干细胞发育中的关键作用 (Wang et al., 2007 Blood; Xiong et al., 2008 Circulation Research)。率先建立CRISPR系统诱导的斑马鱼基因定点突变和同源重组介导的DNA系列(如LoxP系列)定点敲入技术(Chang et al., 2013 Cell Research)和大鼠基因定点突变技术(Hu et al., 2013 Cell Research)。发现多种调控心血管发育的关键基因pku300,ptpn9, talin1等(Wang et al., 2013 Journal of Cell Science; Bu et al., 2014 Journal of Cell Science; Wu et al., 2015 FASEB Journal)。率先在国内建立斑马鱼成年心脏再生研究平台,发现H2O2信号调控斑马鱼心脏再生,为深入研究心脏干细胞和心脏再生医学的分子遗传机制奠定了扎实基础(Xiong and Chang, 2013 Birth Defects Research (part C); Han et al., 2014 Cell Research; Diao et al., 2015 Developmental Biology)。目前主要利用模式动物研究心血管发育与再生的分子遗传机制。2008年以来获国家自然科学基金委面上项目两项和重点项目一项,科技部 “973”项目课题负责人和科技部“发育与生殖重大研究计划”项目课题骨干各一项,以及AstraZeneca国际合作项目一项。
