王恩荣,男,1962年出生于江苏省淮安市,1985年东南大学自动化系本科毕业,1988年东南大学自动化系硕士毕业,2006年加拿大康考迪亚大学(Concordia University)博士毕业,2004年晋升为教授,2011年任博导。
