个人简介

侯凤贞,1980年出生,博士,副教授,美国哈佛大学访问学者。近年来,相继主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和江苏省自然科学基金面上项目各一项,中央高校基本科研业务费项目两项;以第一作者或通信作者身份在国内外期刊上公开发表SCI论文16篇,EI论文2篇,核心期刊论文10篇,申请专利4项。 2010年入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,主讲面向对象C++程序设计》、《数据结构》和《Python与医药大数据处理》课程,获省级教学、校级成果奖若干项。

研究领域

(1)基于脑电信号、功能磁共振信号特征挖掘的阿尔茨海默症早期诊断研究;(2)基于功能磁共振信号分析的精神分裂症、双相情感障碍机制研究;(3)基于深度学习算法的睡眠结构自动评估,从而嵌入至可穿戴设备中;(4)基于步态数据特征挖掘的老年人摔倒有效预测因子研究
