个人简介

张大永(Da-Yong Zhang),博士,教授,博士生导师。现任职中国药科大学理学院副院长(分管科研及国际交流工作,联系各科研平台)。 毕业于中国科学技术大学化学物理系(有机化学专业,获硕士学位)、中国药科大学药学院(药物化学专业,获博士学位),中国农工民主党党员,江苏省“六大人才高峰”人才培养对象,教育部学位与研究生教育评估专家,“十二五”、“十三五”国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项评审专家,国家自然科学基金评议专家,农业部国家兽药评审专家等。曾任职国家级连云港经济技术开发区副主任,中国药科大学连云港研究院院长,无锡(马山)国家生命科学园管委会副主任,太湖国家旅游度假区管委会主任助理,南京师范大学化学与环境科学学院教授等。主持多项省级、国家级各种研究、攻关项目及企业联合研究、开发项目,已发表几十篇SCI研究论文,申请发明专利二十多项。多种国内、国际核心期刊(SCI期刊)编审。主要讲授《药物设计》、《高等药物化学选论》、《药物立体化学》等本科、硕士、博士课程。目前已拥有近20名硕士、博士研究生的研究团队,主要从事于医药、农药及其中间的基础研究和应用开发研究以及工业化批量生产

研究领域

重大疾病药物的创制及其生物学研究。 靶向抗肿瘤药物、抗糖尿病药物以及抗病毒药物的设计、合成及其生物活性研究。 新农药活性化学分子的设计、合成及其生物活性研究。 旨在寻找到高效、低毒、环境友好的实体化合物用于杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂、抗藻等。 医药、农药及其中间体等精细化学品的合成工艺研究及工业化途径研究
