2009.7-至今中国药科大学制药工程教研室任教;
2015.3-2016.3 美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)化学与生物化学系Michael E. Jung教授实验室访问学者
研究领域
1. 基于多样性导向合成方法,围绕生物活性类天然产物进行分子优化、虚拟筛选和体内外活性评价,推进具有临床应用潜力的自主新药研发;2. 探索“绿色化学合成技术”在药物合成中的应用,发展药物绿色合成新方法,开发药物绿色制造新工艺。近年主要从事抗肿瘤类天然产物分子设计、合成与构效关系,多肽固相合成与纯化等方面的研究工作。
