陈双林 - 南京师范大学

个人简介

陈双林，男，山东省汶上县人，博士，教授。南京师范大学生命科学学院微生物学专业博士研究生导师，微生物学专业、微生物与生化药学专业硕士研究生导师。主要兼职中国菌物学会第五届、第六届理事会副理事长，第七届常务理事；《菌物学报》常务副主编，《菌物研究》副主编；教育部2013——2017，2018——2022高等学校生物技术、生物工程类专业教学指导委员会委员。学习经历和工作简历 1984年7月本科毕业于吉林农业大学获农学学士；1990年6月硕士研究生毕业于吉林农业大学植物病理学专业，获沈阳农业大学授予的农学硕士；1997年7月毕业于沈阳农业大学植物病理学专业获农学博士。1984年7月——1997年7月在吉林农业大学任教；1997年7月——1999年12月在中国科学院微生物研究所生物学博士后流动站从事博士后研究工作；1999年12月在南京师范大学工作至今。

研究领域

（1）真菌和细菌的生物活性和前期开发。重点开展植物内生真菌、大型真菌、植物内生细菌资源的生物活性、天然产物及其发酵应用研究。（2）菌物的资源、多样性和分类学。特别专注于黏菌和特有植物内生真菌的系统分类、遗传多样性和分子生态等研究
