1987年毕业于河北医科大学临床医学专业，获学士学位
1999年获河北医科大学生理学硕士学位
2004年毕业于福建医科大学，获内科学博士学位
1993年晋升讲师，1998年晋升副教授，
2003年晋升教授。现任中国民族医药学会科普分会常务理事、江苏省高等医药教育学会常务理事、江苏省药理学会常务理事、教学药理专业委员会副主任委员、江苏省生理科学学会理事
