个人简介

刘晓丽,江南大学食品学院副研究员,主要研究方向为食品化学及大分子结构与功能、多糖及其衍生物的结构与功能方面的研究工作。先后主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目,中国博士后基金项目、江苏省博士后基金项目等国家、省部级和企业横向项目20余项,主持项目经费235万元。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际权威期刊上发表论文30余篇,被引810+次,篇均被引频次28.71。其中单篇第一作者论文单篇IF=11.2。为Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际期刊审稿50余次。已授权国家发明8项,其中成果转化1项,已授权国际发明专利2项,参与撰写英文专著一部。 工作经历 2021-至今,江南大学食品学院,副研究员,硕士生导师 2015-2021,江南大学食品学院,助理研究员 2017-2018,加拿大圭尔夫大学食品系,加拿大农业和农业食品部-圭尔夫食品研发中心(AAFC-GRDC),访问学者
